It amazes me what one can do with the Internet! Watching the ingauguration reminds me that I really do come from a great nation. Yes, I rejoice that God has made Mexico my home for this moment in time, but as I watch the fanfare and listen to "Hail to the Chief" I cannot avoid feeling proud of my nation! Sure, in 60 minutes the arguing will begin again and the Rep-Dem fights will take the stage, but for now I can enjoy the ceremony. And, can I just add that I adore Laura Bush?!? What a woman! I know many so-called feminists will balk at me saying this, but her charm and her strength become clearer to me as I see the gracious way she supports her husband! May many say the same of me one day!
Let's pray for the United States!
