SUSHI!

Guess what? I made sushi today! Isn't that exciting? Actually, for me, it is! I love trying new things, and this was so fun. Angel and I really consider ourselves international now! (By the way, the Japanese apparently started the "fish" part of it--the integral ingredient to sushi is the sushi rice...not the fish!) We didn't have raw fish, but we did have surimi (fake crab). Anyway, that's the excitement in the Hernandez household today.

I wanted to at least write SOMETHING, so that's that for today. I'm not really feeling all that inspired. Maybe I'll write poetry next time. Gosh, I don't think I've done that since my English major days at Virginia Tech! Keep checking...
